
TEA
Tea, as one of the three major non-alcoholic beverages in the world, has been popular all over the world for more than 400 years. In China, tea can be traced back to the ancient Zhou Dynasty with more than 2,000 years ago. In the Tang and Song Dynasties of tea was promoted to a new level which called "Tea Ceremony" and resulting in a book about tea in China - "The Classic of Tea". The way we are accustomed to drinking tea today developed from the Ming Dynasty and spread to Europe and the world in the 16th century.
In terms of traditional craftsmanship, tea can be defined as Black tea ( Red Tea ), Yellow tea, White tea, Green tea, Oolong tea, dark tea, and post-processing tea and other categories. Different types of tea contain different proportions of nutrients, including caffeine, tea polyphenols, amino acids, and polysaccharides. Long-term tea drinking can not only improve the body's immunity, reduce blood lipids and the risk of cardiovascular disease.
