Description:
Shuijin Gui tea is one of the traditional "Four Famous Bushes" of Wuyi rock tea. It is currently produced on the half-cliff below the Gezhai Peak in the Niulankeng community of Wuyishan. It derives its name from the dense and shiny appearance of the tea leaves, resembling a golden turtle. The tea is harvested in mid-May each year, primarily consisting of two or three leaves. The fresh leaves are plump and naturally loose, with a lustrous green-brown color. When brewed, it emits a long-lasting and clear fragrance reminiscent of plum blossoms, with a rich and fresh taste, smooth and refreshing, showcasing the rock essence. The liquor is clear orange-yellow, and the tea leaves at the bottom are thick and uniform, with red edges tinged with vermilion.
